Refund Policy

14 Days DOA (Dead on Arrival) Product Guarantee

If any item you receive arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not working, you are protected by our DOA Guarantee. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

To qualify under this policy:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  • Items returned without original packaging or signs of misuse will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship a replacement within 3 business days. We will cover the cost of return shipping for DOA products.

Modifications & Warranty

Please note:

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or misused are not eligible for return or refund and will be returned at your expense.

  • Any modifications void the manufacturer’s warranty.

How to Initiate a Return

To help us process your return quickly, please provide the following:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage (if applicable)

  • Your full mailing address and contact phone number

Please include the item code or SKU from the packaging when possible.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request an RMA and provide the details above.

  2. Carefully package the item, including all original materials.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided in your RMA instructions.

  4. Allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect the returned item once received.

  5. Once approved, we will issue your refund or credit within 3-5 business days.
