SHIPPING
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another once your order has shipped. The second email will contain tracking information and instructions on how to monitor your package. Depending on product availability, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
This includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging at our U.S. warehouse.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer free standard shipping on most orders shipped to the contiguous United States (mainland U.S.) from our American warehouse.
⚠️ Note: Free shipping is not available for customers in Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), or U.S. Territories. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote at jwixson@sunergymobilepower.com.

All orders must include a valid street address. Some items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE
All items sold by Sunergy Mobile Power LLC are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days of shipment. If your order is not received within this time frame, you may be eligible for a full refund, pending the results of a postal investigation.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor strikes, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Lost or stolen uninsured packages.
